• Contributors must ensure that stories, interviews, and promotional materials are accurate and respectful.
• We reserve the right to edit or decline content that does not align with our mission or brand tone.

2. Independent Contractors & Collaborators

• Contractors and collaborators are expected to uphold professional standards in communication, outreach, and representation.
• Sales associates must follow ethical outreach practices and maintain accurate client records.
• Commission structures, timelines, and expectations will be outlined in individual agreements.

3. Community Conduct

• We foster a safe, inclusive space for all participants. Discrimination, harassment, or exploitation will not be tolerated.
• Constructive feedback is welcome; personal attacks or harmful behavior will result in removal from the platform.

4. Privacy & Data

• We respect the privacy of our contributors and audience. Personal data shared with Mompreneur Talk will be used only for internal purposes and never sold or distributed.
• Contractors and collaborators must handle client data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content created for or submitted to Mompreneur Talk, including articles, interviews, graphics, audio, and promotional materials, is either:

1. Owned by Mompreneur Talk, or
2. Used with explicit permission from the original creator. Contributors grant Mompreneur Talk the right to publish, distribute, and promote submitted content across platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction of Mompreneur Talk content is prohibited.
